These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Nexus Flow website at www.nexusflow.ie and to any services we agree to provide. By using this website you accept these Terms. Our services

We provide website design and development, AI automation (including chatbots and workflows), AI consulting and training, AI search optimisation, and ongoing support. The exact scope of any work is agreed with you in writing before it begins.

Quotes and pricing

• Prices shown on this website, including "price on application" (POA) tiers, are for general guidance and are not binding offers.
• A firm quote is provided after a discovery call, based on your specific requirements.
• A quote is valid for the period stated in it, and may change if the scope of the project changes.

Payments

We typically ask for a deposit upfront to begin a project, with the balance due on completion or in agreed milestone instalments depending on the length of the project. Specific payment terms are set out in your proposal. We are happy to discuss arrangements that work for you.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you once payment is complete. We may retain ownership of underlying tools, components, and know-how we reuse across projects, and we may showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to. Content you provide to us remains yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and any materials we need to do the work.
• Review and respond to drafts within a reasonable time so the project can progress.
• Ensure any content or assets you supply do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Third-party services

Our work often relies on third-party platforms (for example hosting, automation, and AI providers). Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or pricing changes.

Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver our work to a high standard, but we provide our website and services "as is" and do not guarantee specific results such as particular search rankings, traffic, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
