Privacy Policy.
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
Last updated: 6 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Flow ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data when you visit our website at www.nexusflow.ie, contact us, or book a call. We are based in Ireland and are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Nexus Flow is a website design and AI agency operating in Ireland. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at contact.nexusflow@gmail.com or +353 85 800 1123. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
What data we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site:
- Contact form details: your name, email address, and the contents of your message when you use our contact form.
- Booking details: your name, email, and any information you provide when you schedule a call through our booking calendar.
- Direct contact: any information you choose to share if you email, call, or message us on social media.
- Usage data: anonymous, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (for example, pages viewed and approximate region). This does not identify you personally.
How we use your data, and our legal basis
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes you ask for. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
- To arrange and hold calls you book with us. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To improve the website using anonymous analytics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making.
Third parties who process data for us
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site. Each only processes data as needed to provide their service:
- Formspree processes and delivers our contact form submissions to us.
- Calendly powers our booking calendar and stores the details you enter when scheduling.
- Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts used on the site.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
Our analytics are cookieless, but some functional services (such as the booking calendar) may set cookies. For full detail and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch, then we delete it. If we begin working together, project records are kept for as long as required to deliver the work and meet our legal obligations.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data erased ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to how we use your data.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.
To exercise any of these, email contact.nexusflow@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make that clear on the site.
