Website Design
What is your process for building a website?
We start with a discovery call to learn about your business, customers, and goals. Then we design the site in detail, show you mockups, refine based on feedback, build the final version, and launch. Throughout, we focus on SEO, speed, and conversion.
How much does a website cost?

How long does a website take to build?
Most projects take 8 to 12 weeks from first call to launch. We do not rush because good websites take time. Simple sites can be faster. We give you a realistic timeline before any work starts.
Can I update my website myself after it launches?
Yes. We set it up so you can edit content without touching code. Or we can update it for you on an ongoing basis. Either way, we make sure you understand how your own website works.
Does Nexus Flow handle SEO?
We build every site with SEO best practices built in: proper structure, fast loading, keyword optimisation, schema markup. If you want ongoing SEO work beyond the initial build, we offer that separately.
AI Automation
What is workflow automation and why do I need it?
Workflow automation is using software to do repetitive tasks automatically. Instead of manually sending emails, booking appointments, or updating spreadsheets, you set up a workflow once and it handles everything. How much does automation cost?
Most automation projects run between €1,500 and €5,000 depending on complexity. Simple ones are cheaper. Complex workflows that touch multiple systems cost more. We quote accurately after the discovery call.
What tools do you use to build automations?
We use Make.com and n8n — two industry-leading automation platforms. Both are visual, auditable, and integrate with the tools you already use like Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, and Shopify. Read our comparison: n8n vs Make.com.
What can be automated in my business?

AI Chatbots
How much does an AI chatbot cost in Ireland?
Most chatbots cost between €2,000 and €5,000 to build and train. That covers the initial build, training on your business, integration with your systems, and launch support. There is usually a small monthly cost for hosting after that, typically 50 to 200 euros.
Can a chatbot really handle what my customers ask?
It handles simple, predictable questions perfectly. For complex or nuanced questions, it recognises that and passes the conversation to your team. It is not trying to replace human judgment, just handle the routine stuff that takes up most of your team's time.
What platforms can a chatbot run on?
We build for website chat widgets, WhatsApp, and custom platforms. WhatsApp chatbots work especially well for Irish businesses because customers are already comfortable messaging there. Most of our clients use website chat and WhatsApp.
How long does it take to build a chatbot?
Most chatbots take 2 to 4 weeks from start to launch. We need training material from you to teach it about your business. The more you give us upfront, the faster we move.
Working Together
Do you only work with Dublin businesses?
We work across Ireland. Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, everywhere. Location does not matter because most of our work is done online. We are as accessible to a business in Donegal as we are to one in south Dublin.
How do I start working with Nexus Flow?
You book a discovery call with Shane. We talk about your business, what you want to build or automate, and what is realistic. Then you get a proposal with a clear timeline and cost. No pressure, no obligation to proceed.
What happens after you deliver my project?
We launch it and support you for the first week while things settle in. After that, you can manage it yourself or take one of our ongoing maintenance and support packages. We are here if you need us.
What does AI consulting with Nexus Flow involve?
Strategy workshops to identify where AI makes sense in your business, hands-on sessions where we build a solution together and you learn how it works, and training so your team can manage it themselves. You leave with something working and the knowledge to maintain it.
Pricing & Payments
What is your payment structure?
We typically ask for a deposit upfront to kick off the project. The rest is due on completion or in milestone installments depending on project length. We are flexible and happy to discuss payment terms that work for you.
Do you offer packages for multiple projects?
Yes. If you want to do multiple projects together, for example a website and an automation, we usually offer better pricing than building them separately. Chat with us about bundled pricing on your first call.
